Tommy helped my husband and me with a cross-country move last year. He visited the homes and gave us personal video walkthroughs, then helped us craft offers for the homes in a competitive market. It took a few times to get an offer accepted because we weren't willing to forego inspections on older homes for obvious reasons, and others were willing to take that gamble. We did finally get an offer accepted, and Tommy helped us throughout the process, so it went surprisingly smoothly for a remote deal. We hope never to have to move again, but we will call Tommy if we have to!
